Vinyasa Flow
Susan teaches classes that encourage students to feel what's happening inside their bodies, find calm and steadiness, and manage energy wisely. Sprinkled with challenges and creativity, each class will feel like a new experience. Classes follow the seasons, have a theme, and include meditation and breath work.

Crossing the Threshold
No matter who you are or how much or how little experience you have with moving your body, everyone should have access to yoga. Today, it can be an intimidating experience. There are so many incredible studios and teachers around, but not all feel accessible to the newcomer. Susan hopes to bridge the gap between those interested in yoga but who are still learning what it is, with those who are deeply entrenched in the practice. This best comes in the form of privates, or a foundation series.

Aging Well
From the day we are born we begin to age. Whether we are in our 20s, 50s, or 80s, we have aging experiences that do not elude us. But at some point the sensations increase. It is so common to dismiss a posture because we are too old, or because we are more afraid of injury. It is totally possible to slow down the physical and psychological development of limitations by staying strong, faithful to our bodies, and listening well. Susan aims to bring yoga to all ages, but particularly strong yoga to women approaching 50 and beyond.
